Program Description

Monument City Capital, LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with individuals who have opted in to receive text messages. We send two categories of SMS messages:

• Informational Messages: Non-marketing communications including loan application status updates, funding notifications, account alerts, appointment reminders, and responses to your direct inquiries.
• Promotional Messages: Marketing communications including industry insights, fund program updates, new investment financing opportunities, and news relevant to residential real estate investors.

You may opt in to either or both categories. Consent for one category does not constitute consent for the other.

Who Sends These Messages

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and fund activity. You may receive up to 4 messages per month per category you have opted into.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are based on your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates. Monument City Capital, LLC is not responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier.

How to Opt Out

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect any other communications you have agreed to receive, such as email updates.

How to Get Help

Consent is Not Required

You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any product or service, or as a condition of receiving information from Monument City Capital, LLC. Opting in to SMS is entirely voluntary.

Privacy and Data Sharing

Monument City Capital, LLC does not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Supported Carriers

This program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and MetroPCS. Carrier support may vary. Monument City Capital, LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to This Program

Monument City Capital, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue this SMS program at any time. We will notify active SMS subscribers of material changes. Continued participation in the program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
