Monument City Capital, LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with individuals who have opted in to receive text messages. We send two categories of SMS messages:
- Informational Messages: Non-marketing communications including loan application status updates, funding notifications, account alerts, appointment reminders, and responses to your direct inquiries.
- Promotional Messages: Marketing communications including industry insights, fund program updates, new investment financing opportunities, and news relevant to residential real estate investors.
You may opt in to either or both categories. Consent for one category does not constitute consent for the other.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and fund activity. You may receive up to 4 messages per month per category you have opted into.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are based on your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates. Monument City Capital, LLC is not responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier.
How to Opt Out
To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message we send you. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Changes to This Program
Monument City Capital, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue this SMS program at any time. We will notify active SMS subscribers of material changes. Continued participation in the program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
